Returns and Exchanges

The short version

Seven days from delivery, on unworn pieces with tags intact. We arrange the pickup wherever our courier reaches.

What we can take back

Anything unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags still attached and in the packaging it arrived in. Please try a piece on over something, and not straight after perfume or makeup.

What we cannot take back

• Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or tailored.
• Pieces returned without tags.
• Anything bought on a final sale, which is marked clearly on the product page before you buy.

How to start one

Write to us with your order number and tell us what you would like to return and why. We will confirm and arrange a pickup. If your pin code falls outside our courier’s reverse pickup network, we will ask you to ship it back and we will reimburse the standard courier cost.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free once per order, subject to the size being in stock. Because we make in small runs we cannot always hold a size while a return is in transit, so we will tell you honestly what is left before you send anything back.

Refunds

Processed within five to seven working days of the piece reaching us and passing a quick check. Refunds go back to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders we refund by bank transfer, and we will ask for account details at that point and never before.

Wrong or damaged pieces

If we sent the wrong thing, or it arrived damaged, tell us within forty eight hours with a photograph. That one is on us, and we will replace it or refund it in full including shipping.
