By buying from this site you agree to what follows. It is written plainly on purpose.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless a product page says otherwise. A price can change before you order, but never after. Payment is taken by our gateway at checkout, or collected on delivery where cash on delivery is available.

Orders

An order is a request until we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a piece turns out to be out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will tell you why.

Stock

We make in small runs. Stock shown on a product page is what we actually hold, and a size that sells out may not return.

Colour and hand made variation

Screens show colour differently, and hand block printed and hand embroidered pieces vary slightly from one to the next. That variation is the nature of the work rather than a defect, and it is not on its own grounds for a return. Anything genuinely faulty is covered by our returns policy.

Using the site

The photographs, copy, logo and designs on this site belong to Naayaab by Saba. Please do not copy them for commercial use. You may not scrape the site, attempt to break into it, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Your account

You do not need one to buy. If you make one, keep the password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell. Beyond the price you paid for a piece and its shipping, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered address.
